The Twenty First Gospel
What if it were this day and age when the Son of God was born? What if he was born in the United States in the hamlet of Osceola, NY? What if his name was Joshua?
What would Jack the baptizer be like? What would the apostles be like? All men? Any crippled? Some twins? Some without a home? Not all Caucasian? Normal people who might experience love? What if the apostles worked with Joshua, not just for him? What if they were involved with college students? children? Native Americans? What if Joshua’s crucifixion was in a quiet, lonely spot instead of in a crowded public place? What if the gospel – the good news – was not a story two thousand years old? What if it came to be during your lifetime? 'The Twenty First Gospel' brings answers to all those questions and more. This is the good news for modern people with a modern interpretation. It takes place during the 21st century and follows the final years of the Son of God’s earthly life, applying his message to people of this day and age.
